Meet Our Dedicated Team

Stephen Pelosi

Stephen was captivated by construction from an early age as a direct influence from his Grandfathers. Both imparted lifetime skills, work ethic, attention to detail and pride that was required in completing even the simplest of construction tasks through to intricate cabinetry. These enduring values have guided Stephen’s own pursuit of precision and professionalism in the building and property industry, from his first part time labouring jobs during university, through to his registration as a licensed builder at the age of 23. He has held senior management and director roles for a cross section of construction and property development companies in Australia spanning 20 years, including managing commercial, residential and land division projects.

Peter Nguyen
Chief Financial Officer

As a lifelong friend of Stephen’s, Hamlen drew Peter’s career into an unexpected direction but also tapped into his fascination of architecture and design. With over 20 years of experience, across multiple industries in accounting and law, Peter is considered the ‘mechanic’ of the business. He ensures that the fundamentals of the business are strong and supports the team so they can efficiently accomplish their goals and ultimately deliver for our clients.

Out of work hours, Peter will be found chauffeuring his two little girls to swimming and ballet lessons and playing with them raucously around the house.

Stuart Mark
Manager Estimating & Construction Support

After completing a carpentry apprenticeship at the beginning of his career, Stuart’s path gradually transitioned into estimating. His intimate knowledge of the building process over 26 years in the industry has given him an uncanny ability in his role that is far broader than just numbers and figures. His integration to building knowledge, scheduling and somewhat savant like ability with numbers makes him unrivalled in skillset.

Other than his ever-enthusiastic support for Freo (even during their darkest hour), Stuart spends his spare time nurturing his quieter side with golf, cycling, fishing and strolls along the beach with his dog.

Tegan Roberts
Senior Administrator

A true problem solver with an innate ability to prioritise and deliver positive results for her clients, Tegan has worked in customer service for over a decade with a keen focus on the building industry since 2013. Her enthusiasm for her clients and providing them with a seamless and positive building experience is unwavering and helping her clients accomplish their goals is what she finds most rewarding.

When Tegan isn’t busy obsessing over her clients you’ll find her fussing over her two Dobermans and any other dog that crosses her path for that matter.

Mark Sansone
Sales Director

In the 90’s, when printed Real Estate sections reigned, a young Mark would make his parents purchase Saturday’s paper so he could peruse the New Homes lift out section. Today, with 14 years of industry experience under his belt, Mark has honed his passion for the building process and provides clients with incomparable service, guiding and supporting them through one of their greatest emotional and financial investments.

When he isn’t working, Mark is spending time with family and friends, enjoying breakfast at Perth’s café scene or taking a road-trip to the South West region of WA.

Sophia Porrovecchio
Sales Executive

Raised by a family of builders, Sophia has always had a strong interest in architecture and buildings. Her deep appreciation of a buildings ability to connect to the past inspires her to help create future buildings and help to write the family stories that accompany them. By taking a personal interest in each client, she is able to delve into the unique necessities of each home and take from paper to the reality of bricks and mortar.

In her well-earned down time, Sophia can be found creating her own special history making wood oven pizzas in her back yard with her family.
